Weird graphical glitch upon minimizing almost any window

Alright, this wasn`t happening yesterday. Everything is dandy, Windows 10 is pretty sweet, I`m lovin' it. And today this. I am hoping that PrintScreen will capture the problem. I also hope I posted in the right section, just signed in.

Clicking the bottom right Desktop Button seems to undo it

You guys got any idea what this might mean? Oh yeah one more thing it doesn't happen as soon as I turn my PC on, but rather after some time.

Can you check if your graphic card driver has just been updated? If so, can you revert back to the old one?
