When windows start everything has been changed!

Hello Everybody, i need help. i am using windows 10 pro. i face simple problem. my problem when PC start everything has been changed. that means before shutdown my PC my desktop icon are small, inside the folder all item view in list. but when pc start everything has been changed! desktop icon are big, folder view list changed to details. how can i changed it. i have attach screenshot.

The first thing you should probably do, is check and confirm that your account is a member of the local administrator's group on your computer, otherwise some changes to configurations may not be preserved after a reboot.

The next thing you should do is use the native System File Checker and see if there are any problems regarding the system files.
Admin Command prompt and type
sfc /scannow
