A more detail description of your problem might help us understanding better.

I'll stick my neck out, as usual, and speculate........
Open file explorer > left side, do you see a pointer in front of This PC ?
If yes, click it.

Is that what you were looking ?
If I misunderstand what you said, I apologize.

If you find it using @davidhk129's instructions, just right click "My Documents" (or whichever one) and select "Pin to Start" :).

Thanks for that But we need it on the start button as on windows 7

Unfortunately, you will need a 3rd party program to bring back the "true" Windows 7 Start Menu.

A free program called Classic Shell is, as I understand it, mostly used. Being free helps.
When I had my Win 8/8.1, I purchased Start8 ( from Startdock ) for $4.99. It worked and looked just like Windows 7 Start Menu.

I am now over with that desire, so I don't use it anymore on my Windows 10.

Huh ?
Would you mind elaborate ? This time, would you mind use the punctuation mark to separate sentences ? I am old fashioned.
Find it hard to understand what you wrote.
