Why is Minecraft Realms still charging me?

I've canceled my Minecraft Realms subscription around 3 months ago (on Jan 9, 2024), yet Microsoft continues to charge me for it. This is ridiculous because the Microsoft Store website indicates that the subscription has been canceled. After reviewing my transactions, I noticed that I'm still being charged every month. I also discovered that a different email address of mine was used, not the one associated with my Minecraft account. I've double-checked to see if I accidentally purchased a subscription using that email, but I haven't. I feel like I'm being deceived out of my own money.

This same thing happened to me the charges have stopped but i was still charged 5 times. I contacted them a few minutes ago and am currently awaiting a response
