Hi I,m having troubles connecting my Laptop to Wifi, I have done all the obvious trouble shooting and i still cant connect, Ive checked network and my Router name doesn't show up so I've gone into "Hardware Connection Properties" and under Wifi the Status reads "Not Operational" connectivity "Disconnected", would I be able to get guidance on how to fix this Issue up please.

Do you have other devices that can connect to the router or see the router??
Where did you find "Hardware Connection Properties" ?
Have you looked in the device manager if there is something going on with your Wifi module (Look under network adapters)??
and last but not least, which version of Windows are you running on the laptop??
