Check to see if your Print Spooler is Started (running) in Services... this has been a problem with the upgrade to Windows 10.
In the "ask me anything" Cortana search box in the lower left hand corner of your screen... type "services" without the quotes. The services window will open... then scroll down to Print Spooler... if it's not started, try to start it.

What printer is attached to your computer?
How is it attached (USB, Parallel Cable, Wireless or Wired / Ethernet Cable)?
If you go into Control Panel, Devices and Printers, do you see your printer there?
