WIN 10 Create System Image doesn't recognize USB external drive

I recently purchased two 750GB Mini-G USB 2.0 drives on Ebay. Both drives work fine. When I create a system image on one of these drives it works fine. When I try to create another system image on the 2nd drive, Win 10 will not recognize the drive. I have other USB drives, some that Win 10 System Image Creation will recognize and some that it won't.

Can anyone explain this. I'd appreciate the help.

Does the second drive appear in Disk Management.
On drive 2, are you attempting to create a new or a differential image.

HI James,

have you had the other USB drive on a different PC and did you safely remove the hardware?, if you didn't, the USB drive is still allied to the last PC it was on!.
