Win 10 safe mode no network

Hi recently try to fix my computer. Booted into safe mode . Now it ask for a password. I can only remember my pin. I change my password online. I can now access my account from any other devices. But still can't logging into my computer.
Please help.

Did you try your PIN? Or create another local Admin account.

you need a local account or you need to be online so your pass will be updated

If you have the option to connect the computer using an RJ45 cable it might serve to get you over the hump.
NOTE: Safe Mode by definition is without networking. Selecting #5 (I believe) Safe Mode with Networking, might be a better choice. You will need a network connection in order for your changes to your MS Account to take effect on your computer.

I have had a like issue for Wndws 10. i could not network with our system. Internet was fine. i found by going to Network Proxy Settings, turning the Proxy On and entering our server name works, If it holds for long, dunno. but 3 days now. I am and "end user" and not a techno person like most here are. If it doesn't work, oh well.
