Windows 10 locked in safe mode

My Asus x502c won't recognize my 4 didgit pin after putting it in safe mode in order to repair screen issues. It's running windows 10. I cannot open windows

Please advise if there is anything I can do barring drastic measures

Can we assume that you have also tried your normal "password" for the account you are attempting to log in as, in place of the PIN

Yes ...have tried that as well......cannot connect to Internet ......even tried changing that through my account
