SOLVED win 10 usb problems

Hi all, having problems with usb devices.
1. In device manager trying to delete usb computer goes in loop "uninstall driver"
2.Can't stop or do anything. Turn off using power button (not a good idea)

Restart computer ok, try to do same thing, same result

Any help very much welcome

Have you considered trying safe mode to uninstall the USB device(s)?

By "Delete" you mean Uninstall?

Perhaps you have a sensitive USB device attached?

Thanks, Trouble got it all sorted by booting in safe mode. It sure is hidden away. May be MS don't want you to find it.(just a thought)

Glad to hear that you've managed to resolved your issue. Thanks for posting back and updating your thread with that information.
I assume you mean, booting into safe mode was hidden away? In which case, yes it is a bit difficult to find.
They seem to be making it more difficult all the time. Wait until you need to do so with a machine that is not booting nor failing over into the advanced boot menu.
