Windows 10 365 stopped loading Outlook.

Click on Outlook Icon and it does nothing. Hourglass comes on for a moment and then goes away.

I click on the Outlook Icon and nothing happens. The hourglass comes on for a moment, then disappears.
Can anyone help?

 

[Trouble]

Happens to me once in a while.
Is the outlook icon still showing but grayed down near the clock in the notification area of the taskbar?
IF so then it hung the last time you closed it and you'll need to use Task Manager to "end" the Outlook task.
