Windows 10 App Media Problem

I tried to play MP3 and MP4 via Windows Applications (Groove, Window Media Player 12, Film & TV) they end up in jagged and lag output, but they play perfectly fine on any other sources, like for example VLC. Is there any solution in regards to this problem?
