Windows 10 Black Screen

Hi, hope somebody can help, the middle of last month I was checking my mail when I noticed that some of my icons were missing, so I did a reboot to see if it would fix the issue, but instead of improving it made it worse, I then had no access to the start menu, and several other programs on my system, I even went to Reimage but that was a complete waste of time, had to get a full refund.

Try a system Restore to an earlier time before the problem surfaced.

Thanks Norton, but it wasn't till recently that I found out that you have turn on restore in windows10,
so I can not use that
