Windows 10 Boot Problem

I have just upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1.

However, every single time the laptop starts, the windows 8 loading screen comes on first then it changes and boots windows 10. How do I get rid of the Windows 8 loading screen?

Hold the windows key and Pause at the same time and then release. In the window select "Advanced system settings" (over on the left). Then select the "Advanced" tab. The "Start up and recovery . settings.
Change the time to display list of operating systems to select options to 0
See if this is OK.

Just tried this. Still not working.
