windows 10 Boot up problem

Since upgrading to windows 10 my PC will only boot temporary files and non of my documents, photos, downloads etc are on my PC can anyone please help me solve this problem. I have tried to recover files but it tells me there is nothing to recover. Is it possible to unistall Windows 10 if it has been downloaded for more than 4 weeks.

If you have a backup image of your previous OS, you can restore it anytime. If you do not and you still have the Windows.old folder you can use that to go back.
