Latest news would seem to imply that build 10176 might just be an early look at what the RTM (for Windows Partners) is going to be.

The ".th1." being an indicator that this is the "first release" of a "threshold" build.
"Threshold" being the codename designation for Windows 10 (I think).

I've seen/heard the name "Threshold" used before in previous OS builds before the final release. Getting closer!!!!!

Oh goodie because I have found at least a dozen issues already with 10166 which is very buggy indeed. 10176 I would estimate midweek of next week or possibly next Friday at the latest. I have been right up to now. I should start putting bets down in work because I have been correct on each build that has been released.

Really? For me, this is the most stable version since some of the 9XXX builds. Even when the "final" version comes out, it will be pretty incomplete from what I'm hearing from an insider.
