Windows 10 constant buffering

Good evening

I have a Lenova Lap top running windows 10. Suddenly it has started buffering and it is more or less impossible to open a a photograph that I have uploaded to windows 10 file folder.

Can some one help me please.

Hi Patrica. Thanks for posting here on the forum. Here's a link that should help. Other members may reply latter. Buffering is usually experienced while streaming a video.

Thank you , I haven't streamed any videos or music, It has just started doing this. I have fast broadband too.

Hi I don't think buffering has any thing to do with opening a photograph in Windows folder. What are you using to open the folder? See if this helps. I don't use my PC for photos. Here's link.
