Windows 10 does not react after entering a password

Dear community.

i updated a laptop from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro.
Everything worked fine, i made the update with a self created installdisk.

i aready was logged in a few times but now Windows does not accept any passwords when i want to log in.
There are three accounts but no one works.
I enter the password, then i press Enter and ....nothing happends. I can then click in the password field again and i can enter additional letters and numbers but when i press Enter or Return, nothing happends.
I also tried the builtin onscreen keyboard but also there..i enter a passwort press enter and nothing happends.
There is also no message that the password is wrong or something.
There is just no reaction whatever i enter and whatever i do.

What is that and how can i fix that ?

Maybe several reasons but, Reading your post on the method used(?), I would suggest you go through the upgrade procedure,(from you legit copy of Windows 7), in order to ensure that, in the first instance, your Windows 7 activation is carried forward, and you have an activated installation of windows 10.
