My Version of Win 10 is Home.
Tried to install Samsung Kies to update my phone/
But cannot due to being blocked due to "This publisher has been blocked from running software on your machine".
Been to properties of the file to unblock, with no effect.
Some say to run 'Group Policy Editor', but cannot find this and read that with 'Home' edition it is not installed.
Any one know of a fix, to allow 'Kies' to run with my 'Home' version.
