Windows 10 is slow

I have a windows 10 pro 64 bit, back in May there was an update to windows and ever since I have to hit F5 to refresh desktop, I’m connected to a mac server as well and having issues with it, go to delete a file and it takes forever. I had no problems before this update, my I.T. guys can’t figure out what’s going on.

i have Version 1607, Os build 14393.1715. this is strange i have no troubleshooting option listed

you need to upgrade to 1703 asap!.
