SOLVED Windows 10 machine not accessible from other local machines

Symptoms:
"account currently disabled" when clicking on Windows 10 machine icon on other machines
USB connected printer not available from other machines

Resolution:
When all the sharing selections have been confirmed, enable the Guest account on the Windows 10 machine.

Suggestion:
Use gpedit.msc (Local Group Policy Editor)
Computer Configuration - Windows Settings - Security Settings - Local Policies - Security Options - Account: Guest account status
