Can you provide some details about the computer? Manufacturer Name, Model Name, Model Number?
IF the computer is "new", have you contacted the seller or manufacturer?
Did the computer come with Windows 10 pre-installed?
At what point are you receiving the error?
Does it ever boot normally? Can you use it at all?
Have you attempted to boot from the installation media and use that to use the advanced troubleshooting tools?
