I am trying to install another OS. In order to do so, I need to load the ISO on a DVD or a USB.
At the moment, I only have a DVD,
so i burned the ISO on the DVD and restarted. When I got into my MoBo splash screen, I entered into the boot menu and selected DVD. Instead of booting from the DVD, it booted from my HDD which contains win 10.

So, i changed the priority of the boot to DVD first. Still didnt work. It just boots into windows 10.
Any ideas? When I was on 7, it worked fine.

That would suggest that whatever the contents of the DVD is, that your computer is not seeing it as bootable.
That could be for any number of reasons.
You have a UEFI system using secure boot and the DVD is not in a compatible format? The ISO was some how missing some key bits? The burn process didn't work correctly so you ended up with a bad DVD?
