Windows 10 & Paint Shop Pro X2 issue..

Hey guys...recently purchased an HP Pavillion with windows 10. On my lat laptop-windows 8(later updated to windows 10) I had my PSP X2(paint Shop Pro 12) installed and worked great,but am having major probs installing PSP-Keep getting Error 1310...which basically says that I have to "verify that I have access to the directory..." Not sure how to resolve the issue. Any ideas or advice???

Is the account you are logged in with set as Administrator rights or Standard user? If it is Administrator have you tried right-clicking the setup.exe file and Run as Administrator?
