Windows 10 PC restarts by itself after shutdown

My Windows 10 PC restarts by itself about once every 3-4 shutdowns, but not every time. I’ve tried every solution I could find online and on answers.microsoft.com, but nothing has fixed it.

It’s frustrating that this issue has been reported for years with no effective solution from Microsoft.

Any advice?
