Windows restarts after sleep

Hi, so recently I have been experiencing this really weird issue where Windows 10 will restart after I put my computer to sleep. It just sort of freezes with a black screen, and then it reboots and shows the loading screen and when the logon screen comes back I am logged out and all my programs are closed. I wonder why is this happening and how to fix it.

what version of win 10 do you have?, an upgrade may solve the problem?.

I would do the upgrade to 2009 (AKA: 20H2) and see how you go!.

Ok updated to 20H2. I also updated the drivers and bios while I was at it. Nothing has changed, it still restarts after sleep, though 1 time it went to the logonui, froze and bsod with error CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. I have not been able to replicate this, it happened only that one time.

I really don't have much apart from not using sleep/hibernate, I have mine set to never and shut down my computers when not in use!.
