Hello guys,

I gave my old computer to my son. It has Win 10 Pro, I believe, and it is okay. It has had trouble with Windows updates, though. Sometimes it messes with the computer and I cannot boot it. I have to repair or something to get into windows again.
I have chosen to not update it from now on, so I tried to turn off Windows Updates from the services.
But there is already an update downloaded and ready to install. It says so when I want to turn off the computer. I cannot choose to just turn off and I cannot find a way to cancel that update.

If I update and turn off, it will still be there the next time and demand me to update before turning off. I cannot find a similar problem on forums, so I have no solutions. What can I do? Can I cancel an update somehow?
