windows 10 services say no internet but edge chrome work fine

Internet works fine for Explorer. Chrome and outlook but when trying to use windows services it says no internet. Cortana, Store ect.

Sounds to me like a third party security suite that is being a bit overzealous.
You might try uninstalling any such application, using the Control Panel, Programs and Features applet first and then follow that up with the proprietary, vendor specific removal tool.
All top tier vendors have one, you can Google for it.....
Norton Removal tool, mcafee removal tool, avg removal tool,.... you get the idea.
