When I start up my computer, Windows 10 seems to run properly. After typing my pin-code the wallpaper with apps appears on the screen. But from there I can't do anything. I can click anywhere but nothing happens and there is nothing I can do. Please help!
A restore point is one thing and a Repair Disk can fix your computer if something is wrong. If you have a repair disk, start your computer with the Repair Disk.
