Windows 10 Store is on the start menu but will not open and I can't download it. Any suggestions?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Have you tried to reset it?
Admin Command prompt
wsreset
hit enter
Have you tried the native system file checker?
Admin Command prompt
sfc /scannow
hit enter
Have you tried creating another user (local admin groupt) to see if the Windows Store works with another account?
