Windows 10 Text or Font Defect

So i have this weird problem in only a few apps. The words in the app, in this case, Lenovo Vantage, get white "echo" shadows untill i mouse over the words, or click on something in the app.

I've tried resetting NVidia Settings for Video, tried turning off the windows graphics performance mode for the problem apps, no change so far.

Anyone have any idea?
