Windows 10 Welcome Screen sign in issues

Hi I am having trouble with my Welcome Screen that has the Sign In button and sometimes when you wake up the computer that Sign In Button is missing and the only way to get into the computer is to do a restart. Also at times the icons on the desktop or start menu don't work properly or at all.

Can anyone help me out with this issue please. Thanks

Hello and welcome to the forum.
It's of course up to you, but I think I would start by eliminating the prompt for a password / sign-in after waking.
There are two places you may want to check and turn it off (uncheck the boxes).
