Hey everyone, if this specific problem has come up before, sorry but I haven't found any solutions as yet so bear with me.
I was using my Toshiba L50D-C when it blue screened. This had a couple of times already and thought it would be fine, (I bought it about 3 weeks ago and it had blue screened probably 2 times already) after restarting it went straight into another blue screen (I think the first error code was different to the others) this blue screen error code was 0xc000021a, this went into a repetition. Over and over I would blue screen with the same code. Sometimes it would go into the advanced startup or something like that. Eventually I tried startup repair, didn't work, system restore, no restore points. And then I tried resetting the pc (keeping files).
When I turn it on it now comes up with a similar startup options and when I click continue it restarts to the same thing. I thought I might try the reset PC option again but it told me that I was unable to keep my files so I cancelled.

Thanks for reading and thanks for helping if you can.

If you have your Windows 10 installation or support disc, try popping that in to see if it will diagnose any errors.
If that comes back clean and your issue still persists, I would suggest a memtest utility. Bad memory can cause the OS to do really funny things.
You'll need to burn the memtest ISO to a disc and boot from it (whether that's from an internal or an external disc drive, you can find device boot order in your BIOS settings). It should be really clear if there is an error or not, I wouldn't worry too much about the specifics. If you have memory errors, speak with who you purchased it from as the memory will need to be replaced.

Hi Canowyrns, thanks for the response, I don't have a windows 10 install disk because I bought the laptop 3 weeks ago with windows 10 already installed. I currently don't have another computer on me and won't for a few days and therefor can't make a ISO onto a external drive. I have 16gb of ram. I might have a chat to the blokes I bought it off, I think they gave me a sub to tech support and a 3 year warrenty.
Thanks. BlackIce

Though I haven't done this myself, I have seen the option of turning a USB thumb drive into bootable media. Take a look at Rufus, perhaps that can help.

What have you installed since purchase?
Was Windows 10 installed privately, or by an oem/retailer distributor. If so, and you have not customised in any way, then the obvious question is why no restore points.
If you are confident that you have done nothing to cause this, then the obvious choice is to take it back and tell them to fix it, before you even attempt any further repairs.

Absolutely.

A three week old computer should not be presenting with these symptoms, and.....
It's not on you to fix it.
Personally I would get it back to the vendor / retailer or Contact the Manufacturer for warranty details.
AND
While you're at it, ask them for recovery media. It should be free from them.
