Windows Explorer Quick Access shows data for two separate users. Help!

I have two separate domain users that have a merged Quick Access in Windows Explorer. I have searched high and low for any sort of support on this on the Internet and I find nothing.

If either user opens a file, it appears in both users Quick access list. HAs anyone ever seen this?

Both boxes are WIndows 10, unique licenses and unique licences for all software installed.
