Windows File Explorer Refresh Glitch

Hello,

Every time i am in a file folder on my laptop it seems to reset or refresh approx every minute. Its a pain because if, for instance, i'm organizing files or looking through pictures and i'm half way down the folder it refreshes to the top. Has anybody ever had this issue? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Running dual booted (partitioned) Windows 10 and Ubuntu Linux

I thought that they had resolved this, but....
You might check and if you are using "Slideshow" for your background you may want to see if "Automatically pick an accent color from my background" is checked under "Colors"
IF so, uncheck it and see if that helps, if not change your background to something static and see if that helps.
