Hi

I have been having problems lately with my new computer. It is an HP Desktop Laptop and it has Windows 10. Recently it has been going slow, so restored it to a week or so before the incident. Everything was fine, but when I tried to edit something on my desktop, it took forever to load the menu and my whole computer was unresponsive. I would like to find a software-free solution but if it is the only way I am willing to resort to it.

Any suggestions?
