Windows insider 17120 keeps failing and reverting back to 17074

Windows checks for updates - finds 17120 - downloads then installs it before the session where updates are configured and worked on - gets to about 43% then reverts back to 17074

What,if anything, can I do about this?

IF you're stuck on 17074 you might want to try....
Downloading the ISO for 17115 from here

See if you can upgrade to that build using the ISO by double click it to mount it within your current installation of 17074.
You might first want to clean boot the system

Then restart the system after making those changes
AND
Disconnect the computer from any and all peripherals leaving only a USB Connected keyboard, USB connected mouse and a monitor.

After which you might see if you can upgrade to the latest insider preview build which is currently 17123.

I tried that it did not work! exactly the same problem
