Windows Insider discovered 18895.1000 today not 18362.13 in FAST RING. Why?

Actually I have on my PC Windows 10 "Version 1903 (system operating compilation: 18.362.86''. Windows Insider in FAST RING today discovered: "Windows 10 Insider Preview 18895.1000 (rs_prerelease)" not 18362.13. What's the metter? What's the problem? Why is that?

All insider machine in the Fast Ring have moved to the 20H1 series of flights which are currently numbered as you are seeing 188xx and above as 18898.1000 was just release a couple hours ago.

The only insider machines remaining on the 183xx, (currently 18362.113) are machines either in the Release Preview Ring or the Slow Ring.
