SOLVED Windows to IOS via Bluetooth

Trying to connect my iPhone 11 to my Laptop via Bluetooth.

Not sure if these are compatitable to link to each other by Bluetooth or any other method. But they are connected via Bluetooth but not shown as paired.

I can link my iPhone to my iPad and use the phone as a Personal Hotspot so the iPad can go online.

Trying to do the same with my laptop.

Can it be done ?

Certainly you can use a Hotspot on Iphone and access the 'net from a laptop doesn't need Bluetooth works by wifi. The phone hospot will show as an available wifi network on the laptop.
Eats iphone battery!

Yes but I have found that I have to have the iPhone’s personal hotspot page open in order for the SSID to appear within the WiFi list.
Have you chosen to ‘trust this computer’ when you connected via Bluetooth?
