I have attempted to do a Windows Insider Update on several releases after successfully moving to 20201.
In every case the update fails to complete and stalls for multiple hours at 91%. Finally I turn off the
power. Restarting uninstalls the update.

I attempted to install Windows 10 20H2, but am told I will loose all programs and files if I do so.

What to do now?

Hi Edward,

are you talking about doing a clean install over your Windows Insider Update?. I assume that, that is the reason it is telling you you would lose your installed apps?.

You can install multiple apps from the link below, it is a very good website and I use it often myself!. :)

Thanks for the suggestion. I have so many applications that I think I will wait until 21H1 Download is available
and then see if a total install will complete with all applications and files..
