2nd user issue

My old dell latitude D830 gives a problem of the keyboard jerking around (@ key and others not working) for the 2nd user I've tried to activate. Been reading and watching all the online fixes, but till now nothing works. The keyboard is fine for me though, strange!!

HI ratt,

Try System settings > Time & Language > Region & language > Select your language > options and add a new KB and see if that helps!, remove the other KB for the other user at the same time!.
