4.8 GB of RAM hardware-reserved.

I have searched all over and found nothing that will solve my problem. For some reason 4.8 GB of RAM are hardware-reserved.

64 bit windows 10 home on an Acer E5-551
processor: AMD A10-7300 radeon R6, 10 compute cores 4C + 6G 1.90 GHz
RAM: 8.0 GB RAM (3.2 GB available)
Motherboard: Acer EA50_KV (Socket FP3)
Graphics: Generic PnP Monitor (1366x768@60Hz)
768MB ATI AMD Radeon R6 Graphics (Acer Incorporated [ALI])
2048MB ATI AMD Radeon R7 M265 (Acer Incorporated [ALI])
CrossFire Disabled
storage: 465GB Seagate ST500LT012-1DG142 (SATA)
58GB Lexar JumpDrive USB Device (USB)
Audio: Realtek High Definition Audio

So it's a laptop and has a APU in it. As with all OEM systems with onboard GPU's, some RAM is allocated to the GPU. In your case it looks like the 4.8 is allocated to your GPU.

I'm not familiar with Acer and it's BIOS functions, especially a laptop but you should be able to lower/raise that to your liking in the BIOS.
