I don't know how or when it happened but I've been logging into Ohio's unemployment website every Sunday for the last several months to apply for my unemployment check for the week. About a month ago I did what I normally do and instead of my login page popping up - I get this blank page with "403 Forbidden Access" across the top with no explanation at all. I've tried several of the fixes but I'm not having any luck! Anyone have the magic answer?

If it's anything like Pennsylvania the issue is on their end.

Which Internet Browser? Have been seeing issues with Facebook and Internet Explorer 11 since Microsoft is quitting support of it. Edge has been working as has Firefox for me.
Usually getting the above message with IE11 and diverting to using/opening Edge.
