SOLVED About posting a link in these forums.......

Windows 10 Home.
IE11 default browser.

When I post a link in a reply to the OP, and before I click Create thread, the link is a "dead" link. See screenshot Before.
But after I click Create thread, the link turns active. See screenshot After.
I don't recall this before.
Is that normal or is Win 10 messing with me..... again ?
I asked because this does not happen in the other forum I frequent regularly.

I don't know for sure, but I think it has to do with some upgrade or other with the forum software (xenforo).
I don't think it is Windows 10.
I actually prefer it the way it is now as opposed to previously.

IDK. I'm just guessing at this point and really don't have any idea if it will change or if it is even the product of the forum software update.
AS long as the link works ultimately I don't see it being a major hurdle

Just tested it in another xenforo forum that I sometimes contribute to and it behaves identically to this one.
The link goes live after the post / reply

OK.
Reason I asked is if it is normal then that will be it.
If it is not normal then I will try to find out whether it is my computer or not.
