I appear to not be able to reply to any posts on YouTube.
I have Googled on this matter till I went blue in the face, as I need a simple, straight forward answer as how to correct this problem.

If there is a simple answer to this task, eternally grateful for any help.

Sorry Mothie! As far as I know. Contacting Google would be the only way to find a solution.
