Afraid of making a mess trying to reset Win 10

New Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro Win 10

1) Stuck in full screen mode all the time. Can't find a way to get back to screen that changes sizes.


2) Start screen flashes 6-7 times when it boots up. (one example)

Loading some apps or some other activity has corrupted something...don't know what

I would like to get back to defaults but I am afraid of messing things up worse. Looked at

refresh function that would keep my files, but I'm afraid of harming Lenovo apps
