If you really mean 'that secures your whole home network' then not really. You could run a commercial grade firewall between your modem, your router/wifi access and the rest of the network which would certainly help. You could/should run antivirus on all your devices including tablets ( I am not sure about phones). Ideally the same antivirus and one that automatically receives updates often, Windows defender receives virus updates every day. A program like Malwarebytes run on a schedule helps as well.

But when it comes down to it. Safe browsing and email can do the rest of the job. Don't open any emails unless you know who sent them is a good start and remember that financial institutions (including PayPal) NEVER send emails asking for personal details, nor do most governments.
NEVER open any mail attachments unless you are exactly sure of the person who sent them.

To add to what Tim said, the only way to
secure the whole internet
is to simply not use it. The whole internet is made up of things we can't control such as all the servers that provide Web pages and all the other computers in the world that are connected to the WAN/Wide Area Network.
