Apps in Japanese

I changed my region settings to America to try out Cortana and it turned my apps Japanese. Despite returning all settings to Australia it has not reverted back and I'd like to know if there are settings I am missing outside 'Language Preferences' and the alternative 'Control Panel\Clock, Language and Region.'
I used Cortana during the technical preview without issue, I don't see what's caused this now.

If anyone has had this happen or knows a way to fix it I'm interested in hearing about it.

Run a system restore. Pick a date BEFORE you changed the region settings as your restore point.
