Auto repair loop

My computer is currently stuck in an auto repair loop with windows 10.
I have read about a few solutions to the problem but the all involve clicking on advanced settings which doesn't come up for me.
It just says that the computer will restart for me, then it goes into auto repair and back to the blue screen (doesn't do the diagnosing options thing).
Any advice on how I get out of this?

Obviously this repair loop is different from the ones in 2015 (the most commented), it has happened to me as well, and no one has responded to you since June 30? wow.. definitely going to back to MAC.
