Automatic repair loop

Windows 10 on h p desktop shut down and will only open with automatic repair loop that won't solve problem Can't reboot. Any soloutions

Boot from the installation media and use the "Repair your PC" link on the second page after choose your language and keyboard.
That should allow you access to Troubleshooting -> Advanced Troubleshooting.
See if using the Startup Settings icon to boot into Safe Mode helps at all or perhaps Safe Mode with Networking or maybe even a system restore point prior to the problem first surfacing.
